OUR AUGUST DIARY

We are in the 3rd quarter of the year and at hackers Guild we have great programs and events as we continue the quest to raise the army of coders.
Firstly we would like to in inform you that our coding boot camp is underway and currently in its third week. However we will soon be launching an afterhours boot camp that will cater for those that couldn’t  join our full time classes. If you would want to be part of the next bootcamp, Visit our Facebook page and take part in the ongoing poll as we try to come up with a time-table that will suit you.
Secondly, Our Rural coding series manager Daniel Bervington will be leaving for Northern province for the “Boys can Code” and “Girls can Code” Technology camps. He will leave with a team of trainers from hackers Guild as well as UN Peace Corps Volunteers who are on the mission to teach under privileged girls and boys about technology, critical thinking, survival skills, health and many more.
Finally, we are delighted to announce that all is set for the training of trainers program that will take place on the August 31st and September 1st.This will see us train 150 teachers and young leaders how to teach school going children about technology and electronics.Continue to monitor our website and social media platforms for information an how to be part of it.
